The Flow Pressure and Back Pressure Regulators allow complete control for viscous and heavy materials. They are suitable for solvent based and Water based mastics, sealers and wax’s etc. ‘Wetted’ parts are manufactured from Stainless Steel, PTFE and Tungsten Carbide.

The Back Pressure Regulator will maintain the required set upstream pressure at the inlet port providing a constant system pressure. Should the system pressure begin to exceed the required pressure the valve will open to relieve sufficient material to maintain the required pressure. Conversely if the upstream pressure begins to reduce, due to material usage, the valve will close.
